On 23rd November 2024, Emilia performed alongside the artist Gabriela \u017byli\u0144ska at Nowy Teatr in Warsaw as part of the programme ‘Cia\u0142a sta\u0142e, my\u015bli lotne i inne zjawiska przyrodnicze’ (Solids, volatile thoughts and other natural phenomena).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The theoretical presentation was interspersed with various experiments designed to stimulate children’s thining about senses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How complex is the sense of taste? What sensations do we experience when we eat jelly and hear it crunch? Can sound be visualised, and can the resulting image be converted into a taste sensation?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the class, the children had the opportunity to transform themselves into chemical sensors, exploring how certain signals affect each other and how they can be combined to solve analytical chemistry puzzles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
